Penny’s biog:
Penny Rabiger was a teacher for over a decade before she joined the team that founded The Key for School Leaders, where she was Director of Business Development. Penny has worked in a number of start-ups, charities and social enterprises in the education sector including Challenge Partners, where she was Head of Membership. She is a coach for the Leeds Beckett University Anti-Racist Schools Award. Penny is a school governor and a MAT Trustee and is co-founder and trustee of the grassroots BAMEed Network.
