In this session, Jamie will look at the role of the SEN Governor or trustee. Jamie will focus on the statutory requirements around SEND and how schools identify and meet needs. This will enable a more strategic approach to SEND and provide an insight into working effectively with the SENCO.
Jamies’s biog:
Jamie is an Education Officer at nasen and leads on the development and delivery of the organisations CPDL programme. He is also a chartered Developmental Psychologist who specialises in universal difficulties that children and young people experience.
