Alex’s biog:

I have specialised for many years in the financial care of Teaching Professionals, their financial needs and the Teachers’ pension scheme. I have developed an acute knowledge of the various Teacher’s pension schemes and the tax affairs and concerns of practitioners.

I deliver a holistic planning approach to all my clients over a short, medium and long-term basis, providing an invaluable service to them. Most of my new clients are personally recommended to me by long standing, valuable existing relationships, this gives me great satisfaction to know that my advice is valued and trusted.

In a typical appointment I help my clients make sense of their previous and new pension planning – particularly the old pensions that get left with old employers and additional voluntary contributions that can become forgotten about. I spend time with my clients, working on financial goals looking ahead, how to make the most of savings and investments and working on the best tax solutions possible for my clients, given their situation. This is a tailored approach with each client and it’s one I take pride in getting right first time and returning every 6 to 12 months to review all plans – taking the hassle out of financial management of all shapes and sizes.

I am committed to ensuring that my industry knowledge remains relevant and current by placing strong emphasis on my personal development. This, along with the pride and dedication that I place on developing solid personal relationships with my clients, ensures that I am able offer a rounded, professional and principled service.

Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, my wife Roz and our Border Terrier Indie as well as participating in and watching all kinds of sports. I also spend spare time in an art studio in the Bluecoat in Liverpool working on print art and enjoy reading of all genres.
